1.1

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2024 – 2028

Závod bude řízen dle pravidel, jak je definováno v Závodních pravidlech jachtingu.

If there is a conflict between Czech and English text and no other fair solution is to be found, the English text will take precedence

V případě rozporu mezi českou a anglickou verzí, kdy není možné najít jiné spravedlivé řešení, anglická verze rozhodne.

Eligibility

Podmínky účasti

2.1

The captain shall hold a valid captain/yacht

master licence for the area of navigation and conditions

The captain or one crew member shall hold alid VHF-SRC certificate.

Kapitán musí být držitelem oprávnění

k plavbě pro danou oblast závodu a podmínky.

Kapitán nebo jeden člen posádky musí být

držitelem oprávnění VHF-SRC

2.2

All crew members shall be physically fit.

Všichni členové posádky musí být zdravotně způsobilí.

2.3

All competitors shall be at least 16

years old at the start of the regatta. Maxim number of man on crew is 3. Crew can add only only one woman. Number of woman as crew is not restricted but maximum crew member on boat is 4.

Minimální věk závodníků je 16 let v době začátku regaty. Maximální počet mužské posádky jsou 3. Posádka může být rozšířena pouze o jednu ženu. Počet žen v posádce není omezen, vždy však nesmí překročit maximální počet 4 osoby na lodi.

2.4

Captain shall make the crew members familiar with all the documents covering the event.

Kapitán lodě odpovídá za obeznámení všech členů posádky s dokumenty řídícími tento závod.

Registration

Registrace

3.1

A team registers for the race by a completing plication form on the organisers website. The registration is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the organiser.

Tým se registruje do závodu vyplněním přihlášky na webových stránkách pořadatele. Registrace je považována za platnou pouze po jejím potvrzení pořadatelem.

3.2

Each crew will be registered for the race after paying the entry fee and submitting a fully completed crew list form.

Každá posádka bude zaregistrována do závodu po zaplacení startovného a zasláním kompletního vyplněného formuláře seznamu posádky.

Sailing Instructions

Plachetní směrnice

4.1

Sailing Instructions will be issued on the event website and can be downloaded. These documents will also be available on the Official Notice Board (ONB) which will be a special Whats app group

Plachetní směrnice budou zveřejněny a k dispozici ke stažení na stránkách závodu. Tyto dokumenty budou rovněž k dispozici na oficiální nástěnce závodu, což bude speciálně zřízená WhatsApp skupina 

4.2

The sailing instructions will consist of the instructions in RRS Appendix S,

Standard Sailing Instructions, and supplementary sailing instructions that will be on the official notice board which will be on Whatsapp group of the regatta.

Plachetní směrnice jsou tvořeny směrnicemi ZPJ Dodatek S – Standardní plachetní směrnice, a doplňujícími plachetními směrnicemi, které budou vyvěšeny na oficiální vývěsní tabuli umístěné na Whatsapp skupině závodu.

5.1

The regatta is open to the FIRST 35 classes provided by the organiser.

Závod je určen pro lodní třídy First 35 dodané pořadatelem.

5.2

FIRST 35 (gennaker): 2 cabins, 4 + 2 beds

FIRST 35 (genaker): 2 kajuty, 4+2 lůžka

5.3

Even though the boats are of the same type, the organising authority cannot guarantee full identity of their technical state including rigging.

Přesto, že se jedná o stejné typy lodí,

pořadatel nemůže garantovat naprostou

5.4

The captain is responsible for checking the technical condition of the boat during its takeover

Entry fee

Startovné

6.1

The entry fee for this event is listed in the Appendix A of this NoR.

Výše startovného je uvedeno v Příloze A tohoto Vypsání závodu.

6.2

The entry fee must be paid in accordance with the Appendix A of this NoR

Startovné musí být zaplaceno v souladu s Přílohou A tohoto vypsání.

6.3

The entry fee includes:

–       Rental of the competition boat

–       Gennaker

–       1 committee boats

–       CRO referee

–       1x assistance motorboat

–       Buoys and flags for race management

–       3x mooring in marina

Startovné zahrnuje:

–       pronájem soutěžní lodě

–       genaker

–       1x doprovodné lodě

–       Rozhodčí CRO

–       1x asistenční motorový čluny

–       bóje a vlajky pro řízení závodu

–       3x parkování v přístavu

7.1

The race area will be on the coast of central Dalmatia, Croatia.

9.1

5 races are scheduled which will be a combination of short inshore navigation races and one long race during a night

Plánováno je 5 rozjížděk, které budou kombinací krátkých rozjížděk navigačních rozjížděk a jedné dlouhé přes noc

9.2

Race committee will be using VHF channel 72 for organisation and rescue instructions.

Závodní komise bude používal VHF kanál 72 pro organizaci a záchranné instrukce.

Safety and Radio communication

Bezpečnostní komunikace

10.1

A boat shall neither make radio transmissions while racing nor receive radio communications not available to all boats. This restriction also applies to mobile telephones.

Loď, když závodí, nesmí vysílat nebo přijímat informace rádiem, které nejsou dostupné všem lodím. Toto omezení platí i pro mobilní telefony.

11.2

One race is required to be completed to constitute a series. Only one worst race from the entire regatta will be eliminated if at least four valid races are completed.

1 rozjížďka je vyžadována pro platnost závodu. Pouze jedna nejhorší rozjížďka z celého závodu bude vyškrtnuta pokud bude dokončeno nejméně čtyři platné rozjížďky.

Advertising

Reklama

12.1

Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the OA.

Lodě můžou být povinny nést reklamu dodanou pořadatelem.

12.2

Area for the boat advertising is on both sides of the hull in its back second half. Advertising material for boat advertising including its placement and hull cleaning after racing is at the teams own expenses and responsibility. Placing advertisement have to be accordance ISAF Advertising Code – ISAF Regulation 20 

Prostor pro reklamu lodě na obou stranách

Reklamní materiál pro reklamu lodě včetně

13.1

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See RRS 3, Decision to Race. OA, the Race Committee, the Protest Committee and any other parties and/or persons involved in the organisation of the races and persons who are being used by these parties, will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained, direct or indirect, in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

Závodníci se účastní závodu zcela na svoji vlastní odpovědnost. Viz pravidlo 3 ZPJ, Rozhodnutí závodit. Pořadatel, Závodní komise, Protestní komise nebo jiné strany a osoby, které se podílí na organizaci závodu, nepřijmou odpovědnost za materiální škody nebo zranění a smrt ve spojení ať přímém nebo nepřímém se závodem.

Photography Consent

Souhlas s pořizováním fotografií a videa/filmu

14.1

By entering the regatta all competitors accept that they may be photographed and/or videotaped participating in the regatta and/or using regatta facilities and they consent to the taking of such images and to the use, reuse, publication and republication of such images in any media, in conjunction with the competitors name or not, without compensation and without the competitors approval of such images or any use thereof.

Přihlášením k závodu všichni závodníci souhlasí, že mohou být v průběhu závadu nebo při využívání zázemí závodu fotografování nebo filmování a že tyto záznamy mohou být publikovány bez dalšího souhlasu nebo nároku na kompenzaci.

15.1

Medals and prices will receive the crew at

first, second and third place overall. Winner in the class FIRST 35 will take the Challenge Cup.

Medaile a ceny získají posádky na prvním,

druhém a třetím místě absolutního pořadí. Vítězná loď ve třídě

First 35 převezme putovní pohár.
